Jazzercise

Advanced Level
Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping, body-blasting training program that produces results quickly. It's a high-energy dance party that combines aerobic, weight training, Pilates, hip hop, yoga, and kickboxing. In any of our 60-minute programs, you can burn up to 800 calories every hour.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a collection of stand-up combat sports and a type of boxing that focuses on kicking and punching. The fight takes place in a boxing ring, using boxing gloves, mouthguards, shorts, and bare feet to encourage kicks.
