Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping, body-blasting training program that produces results quickly. It’s a high-energy dance party that combines aerobic, weight training, Pilates, hip hop, yoga, and kickboxing. In any of our 60-minute programs, you can burn up to 800 calories every hour.
